I found a fully loaded 18 for $2600, so I’m pretty much sold on it. The Asus Scar 18 is the only contender for me, which has a better screen and cooling solution, but the price is just too high for me to justify spending an extra $800. Acer has really outdone themselves this year, makes me really confident in their future projects.

I think Intel is in the state of AMD a couple of years ago. Give them around 3-5 years and they will be where AMD is. But AMD will be closer to Nvidia than ever, in technology.

I capture a lot of video game footage in 3D and upload them to my RUclips channel. I prefer Top/Bottom mode, mainly because i capture in 4K from my TV. I would love to know if your laptop is able to watch any of my videos in 3D . They are all from World of Warcraft Classic and Season of Discovery. Please let me know if your able to watch them in 3D, I really want to get this laptop and its the one thing that's holding me back

Bad part - undervolt and overclock is locked for CPU - GPU is unlocked but no one really worries about that too much🔓 it will thermal throttle at 100c a lot under gaming the only fix I have found is adjusting PL1 and PL2 turbo limits through throttle stop or intels tuner. Gets me to the 80c range on helldivers maxed on ultra graphics at 70fps though- if you are looking for that kind of stuff. Otherwise cod multiplayer will play 200+ FPS in balanced mode. It’s a very powerful laptop other than the locked undervolt/overclock I am happy. I forgot to say my specs - 13th gen 3900HX - 4080 nvidia 32gb ram

What's the point of all that RGB when the predator sence software stops working after 3-4 monts of usage and the lighting controls don't work at all..please fix the software!! I own an helios 16 myself and this is my main issue with this laptop
